Important Information About Choosing Your Health Plan...

In order to receive a reimbursement under the Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (MERP) and an employer contribution into a health savings account (HSA), an eligible employee must enroll into a HSA-compliant high deductible health plan (HDHP) and provide proof of such to the Human Resource Department. To find HSA-compliant plans in this quoting tool, you must select the HSA tab. If you have any questions, please contact your Human Resource Department.
